The admit card for exams conducted by Jiwaji University has been released! Students eligible for the semester exams can now download their admit cards directly from the university’s official website. Ensure you have your Roll Number and Date of Birth handy.

Important Information for Students

  • Carry to Exam Hall: Admit card and College ID card are mandatory.
  • Prohibited Items: Electronic gadgets (mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, etc.) and unauthorized materials are not allowed in the exam hall.
  • Arrival Time: Arrive at least 30 minutes before the exam starts.

Downloading the Jiwaji University Admit Card 2024

To download your admit card, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the official website of Jiwaji University.
  2. Click on the “Services” button.
  3. For regular/private students, find and click on “Admit Card For Regular / Private / ATKT / EX”. For distance education students, click on “Download Admit Card – Distance Education.”
  4. Enter your Roll Number and Date of Birth.
  5. Select the appropriate semester details from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click on the “Search” button.
  7. Download your Admit Card and take a printout.

To fill out your examination form, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official website of Jiwaji University.
  2. Click on the “Services” button.
  3. Select the appropriate examination form.
  4. Click on the “Apply” button.
  5. Enter your Roll Number.
  6. Choose the correct option for semester details from the drop-down.
  7. Complete the captcha.
  8. Click on the “Show Details” button.
  9. Fill in the form and pay the requisite fee.
  10. Download your payment receipt.
